The council won’t know there’s a problem unless you report it
- complaining about a pothole on Facebook won’t get it
repaired!
HOUSING PROPOSAL FROM LATIMER DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED - SUMMER 2025:
North Somerset Councils additional housing sites consultation closed on March 21st, a consultation statement has now been published.
Two documents were submitted by a company called Lichfields on behalf of Latimer Developments Limited. They were able to comment during
the consultation regarding the land above High Street Claverham & around Dunsters Road. (Listed as Land north of Brockley Way, Claverham
HE201072). Here are links to the two documents:

A village meeting was held on 18 August 2025 at the village hall and follow-up comments and information can be found in the Claverham Future
